Exchange Policy

  • Original receipt is required as proof of purchase.
  • All items may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase except leather bracelets, pendants, and earrings.
  • Items can only be exchanged once for every purchase.
  • Strictly no exchange on promotional and discounted items (including gift sets).
  • Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn and its original packaging with any related accessories, protective covers or boxes.
  • All returned items must be verified by our quality service department before any exchange is approved.

 

Warranty Policy

  • Original receipt is required as proof of purchase and warranty certificate.
  • One (1) year limited warranty on materials and workmanship for gold, gold-plated and/or silver bracelets, earrings, pendants & necklace, rings and full silver charms.
  • Thirty (30) days limited warranty on materials and workmanship for all items that have glass, enamel, stones, dangles, and leather parts.
  • Warranty period is limited to the initial date of purchase.
  • General wear and tear, misuse, tarnishing, unauthorised services and modifications, or use outside the care instructions specified by PANDORA are not covered under the warranty.
  • Wearing counterfeit or non-PANDORA merchandise can damage PANDORA jewellery and will void the warranty.
  • Lost items are not covered under warranty.
